Fix for the low level player exploit in GW

CONVERT ALL FLAT BADGES TO % BADGES.

NG can make a system update so that all flat badges get converted to a corresponding % badge. This will fix this exploit, and also make all those flat badges valuable again.

The only obvious drawback is that people who have scrapped their gold flat badges will be upset, but I still think it's worth it.

Why isn't the winner of gw measured by who makes the most rp over the course of the season instead of who makes the most vp in the endless cycle of flaming penis measurement over who is bigger? Whoever gets the most rp, that should be the winner.

finally after 1.5 years I'm upgrade all buildings in camp to max level
also I'm collecting about 136 million experience in my storage (if selling it x2 event)
I'm need ~26 million on 1 my hero to bring him to max 28 lvl
I'm have 35 heroes now
sooo next 6-7 years I'm collecting enough experience to bring all my heroes to max lvl
and when my storage wiml be full enough I'm planning upgrade my heroes to max level

In another 6-7 years they will increase max council level, so your calculations are wrong
It is impossible for new players to reach the max player level nowadays without big donations. In the past years none of the new players I know reached 75 player level and most of them just quit.

@Crocodile I believe if you buy ×2 XP during the double XP for gear scrap event, you can get ×4 XP for scrapping gear. So should be enough for 10 survivors 👍😂
Not 100% sure though.
