Track players who doesn't complete their attacks

Entry level guilds have a lot of problems with players who sign up and don't play in GW. If they closed signups and recruited they could probably fix that, but that's a lot of work, and if they were up for doing that they wouldn't be entry level guilds.
This problem is the main reason I left my first guild, and I have seen others having to go through this every battle.
So I propose a fix: Track players ratio of successful attacks (because losses are as bad as not playing) compared to total attacks and let guild leaders and co-leaders set a minimum rate. For example 90% allows you to lose or leave 2 attacks per battle. 80% allows 4 wasted attacks. Anyone lower than that are killing the game for the rest of their guild, so if they're below the bar they shouldn't be allowed to sign up, or not be allowed to join wars.
The actual numbers could be on players profiles, or not if you want to avoid shaming players. I don't think it matters as long as they're not allowed to sign up for GWs if they're below a certain level.
This would remove the biggest recurring pain for a lot of casual players (not the sort of people who read stuff on this forum, or even know about it).

They could also make another rank, one that is even lower than "Member"
Call it Neonate or n00b or something nicer
And noob rank cannot participate in wars until promoted to at least "Member" status.
