Ads/Cinema not working

I've been talking with players on Discord, and I'm not the only one having my ads/cinema not working today.

I tried restarting my phone, tried turning my airplane mode on and off and reopening the game, tried clearing the cache, tried resetting my google ad ID. None of these steps worked.

I have an Android but this is happening to IOS as well per reports on Discord.

Try to reset google ads ID.

And update Chrome and Android WebView

Resetting the advertising ID didn't work for me (on iOS) but eventually it did come back.

Down again. I reset the google advertising ID. It did not fix it.

Can someone who works for NG explain why this keeps happening to users. Just curious why this would keep having bugs or whatever keeps causing it to stop counting down.
