    haahahahaa I was pretty sure you would have that pic :smile:

    Phewff... sadly, there was a moment where I asked myself the same thing... I got distracted and lost between life stuff, a friend of mine turned his back on me, in fact he was the closest one, my bro, my wing man you know... so that moved the carpet and took a big chunk of that time away... also lost myself a little and had to stop to think about some stuff...

    Now the wound is almost closed and I'm back on track B) ,restoring one by one, and returning to the things that I had on what I would call the best version of my life and self... kind of like restoring a computer... this forum, and the people here are one of them... I always had a good time and met nice people to chat here...

    What about you...? seems like you never left... I'm glad actually... o:)

    Glad you are ok and healthy! i'm ok... busy as usual, but always “here”... this is always a mental break from my daily life 🙂

    uhm... not many highlights here... maybe just long time players leaving.

    In the last months i've been reading several japanese comics.. not really “mistery” ..like Jiro Taniguchi (..love Jiro.. but if you want “action” is not the best choice. Taniguchi is very mild and “intelectual”..is like reading a Murakami book in pictures) or Inio Asano.. or Junji Ito 🙂

    Uhh me likey Japanese stuff... I just checked and It definetly has an intelectual vibe, the landscape looks pretty, but it still gives me the feeling that there's more to see, like not everything is as pretty as it seems, or there is something waiting to be found... invites to think and I love that... of course maybe it's just me... xD

    Think I'll read this one...

    I'm not a fan of "Gorillaz" faces... but I like Asano's style... kind of more crude and dark... and how within that darkness, you can still perfectly differentiate between day and night...


    Reminds me of Kazuto Nakazawa's Kill Bill Scene...love that sharpness...


    Junji Ito just seems on acid... :D  altough I don't know about the stories...

    During this time I reread Nobuhiro Watsuki's Rurouni Kenshin and watched the anime and OVAS... the samurai world attracts me like crazy... been reading a lot of history about that lately...

    lol!! yes @JimiFaith ..your descriptions of Taniguchi Asano and Ito are perfects 😆

    my fave is Taniguchi... but be careful ..very often the is very ..uhm.. intimate or subtle. the history use to be very simple and he works a lot with drawings mainly to find the “beauty” into simple things. i say this because depending on who, you may love or hate Taniguchi 😂😂
    ...i would probably hated him when i was very young...

    Is really immersive... just by looking I feel on that guy's shoes... eating my apple and exploring Venice... feeling the breeze while I enjoy a walk... I find it a little childish, but I love what he manages with that... you said it perfectly, beauty into simple things...

    And I detect a lot of introvert lonerism... I think I'll start with this one... have you read it..? or feel free to recommend another one... I'll still read this since it already itched my curiosity... :o

    i've read several but not Venice. i think it's the last he wrote. he die...
