This is completely a desperate cry at this point. I lost my account.

I asked the help desk but no answer for a few days.

StrikeTeamSquad, lvl 75, TheHerdReturned.

I have not been on here for months but I am 60 tokens away from the new hero so I hoping I can get back by then.

Please help @Fluxxx. I am on bended knee. .

    However I am at a point of desperation so I can't fight back.

    Well since the help desk does not respond in 2.5 days and apparently there is no need to fix an issue for someone who spends money I am out.

    Never thought it would happen but I can't retrieve my account and there is no means to get it back. And after today I an 60 tokens short of unlocking my new hero.
