hello there

2 days ago i tried to link a friend's account in my device
My problem now is that i cant login with my account and seems that my friend's account has been saved in my device although i didnt save it. i know its a thing that can be fixed from the technical team so is it possible to speed up a bit the things?

    its the 5th day and the support team doesnt reply at all..is something wrong? i provided the informations they wanted with the auto message and after that nothing.
