Will I be locked out of Guild wars for changing guild?

My Guild has gotten real bad with people signing up for Guild Wars and not showing up to play. I want to leave and find another guild, but was told I might be locked out of Guild Wars in the new guild.
Any truth to that?

Unless you have already participated in 2 battles this week - no. But even if you did - you can still join for the GW week 2. You don't get "locked out" because of changing guilds and your RP and Total VP stay with you.

You might get locked out at the new guild if you are replacing an outgoing player who has already played 2 battles + the remaining 19 players already registering all their battles.

In short, a guild can only play a maximum of 40 slots in a week.

Also if the new guild is a higher tier than your old guild you won't be able to buy the higher tiered items until you attack for the new guild at least once.

It also works in reverse. For example, if you move from Gold tier guild to Silver or Bronze you'll still be able to buy higher tier items in the guild shop

If you sign up with a new guild and in the upcoming war, the new guild may kick you out of the upcoming war.  We do because new people have signed up to play and don't show up more often than not.

If you sing for a war you use your 2 chance so, i recommend if you can't show up don't sing up that day or say to the guildmates you get a problem
