Herd broken!?

If someone knows why this happen please tell me

This is the second time a normal walker broke the herd without attack him!

    Herd is broken under 2 conditions:

    1. When herded walker is attacked, including on Overwatch.
    2. When survivor who herded walkers gets into Struggle (Beta LT description doesn't have this info).

    Note that Tank/Goo and Spikes cannot be herded.

    This time beta was struggle but the first who struggle the survivor who make the herd was the herded walker

    Also note that using dog and crippling a herded walker will also break herded status.
