Guild Wars Traits/ Character builds

I am aware of this post, https://forums.nextgames.com/walkingdead/discussion/34207/traits-one-place-to-bind-them-all#latest which is good, however I’m guessing this is for PVE, I was wondering if there are characters like Negan, and Dewight and others that are just geared better Leader Trait wise that would make most sense.  How would you re-roll them, gear them, weapons…  What would your ideal A,B&C team look like, whose in the lead on said teams.   What would you roll with to battle other teams.  I am big into comprehensive posts.
