Is the "new fix" of overwatch a new polemic or a new bug?

If you have read the notes NG said they fix this

But it feels that they mismatched overwatch with vigilant!

If they really do this i have one question i want @Lexia, @zbot, @Fluxxx or anyone who works there answer to me.

How will we know when  villainess get in overwatch? 
Would we know it by a hit?

    Why would you even want to know ? It just increase your damage when overwatching and that's the info you already get you even want strong or maskman to show up as well ?

    Man they mean the icon when you inner into overwatch. They won't show up. 

    So when a freeman overwatch you would need something else to know they are in overwatch.

    One dude talk to me about the circle  under them.

    @pollorex currently if you end turn with a tactical movement left (but no chance of attacking) it’ll still say your in overwatch. Which is misleading as you won’t attack. They have now fixed this.
