Hotfix update 4.8

Alright everyone - 4.8 hotfix update is now LIVE and rolling out!

As mentioned before, this update contains the following bug fixes:

• Last Stand Expert mode badges not showing on the leaderboard
• Last Stand Expert mode being locked for players on council level 26 or higher
• Equipment stuck upgrading/workshop not working
• Reload issue when upgrading survivor traits
• Some iOS users being stuck on the loading screen

+ other minor visual bugs fixed
