Please fix the DRAW issue for next season

Next GW season is coming up soon, and while there have been many threads with great suggestion on how to improve GW, there is one very simple thing that needs to be fixed if we want to have a good competitive season. These both changes should not be hard to implement.
1. Change it so that a guild that plays a perfect run (i.e. max possible score for the team size) always get the 1.5 score multiplier, even if it's a draw.
2. Cap the points at max possible. I.e. if a guild has the bug that gives them more than the max score, change it so that the score is the max possible.
As it is now, there are about 20 guilds that score max points during at least one battle per week, so winning the season is more about avoiding the other top guilds and less about battling hard every day. As the SMY/SPY meta has made it so that many guilds can fight for the season win it would be extremely important to make this small and simple change.
EDIT: or make it even simpler. Just give 1.5 in any draw. I had a look at the battle results of the top 100 guilds in this season, and every single draw was when the guilds maxed the scores so draws outside of max score are extremely rare.

Or just make it so 1.5 multiplier applies to both teams in case of a Draw, this could perhaps decrease the amount of burner guilds as well.

Definitely agree with point #2 - capping max VP per team and max personal VP will prevent unfair wins/losses due to bugs/exploits.
Many teams had Wins this season due to earning more than max possible personal/team VPs.
FYI @Lexia max personal score is 1036 VP.

IMHO it would be better to eliminate draw altogether rather than awarding max points for draw. i agree of course there should be no rewards for people who exploit the max score bug. Either normalize this to max score - or better yet, use statistical analysis to award a loss to these exploitsMember of MavsOG -
Not to sidetrack the discussion, but the "more than max" scores are mostly (or exclusively) due to unexpected restarts of the game and unintentional, so punishing a guild for NG's bugs would be more than unfair. Obviously, if NG would bother to investigate and did found a player actively exploiting this bug proper sanctions should be given.Ingame username: Jubjab

For the cap on max points - it could help a bit, but unfortunately it wouldn't remove the possible bug with scores getting recorded twice (at least it seems that this might still be the case at the moment). We'll investigate this further based on the most recent reports and information we've gotten -

While fixing the tie multiplier isn't a full solution against burner guilds, it does help.
Another thing which would help against burner guilds would be to post publicly the win-loss-tie rate a team experiences as the season progresses AND the win-loss-tie rate a team achieved last season. Put it on the public guild info screen. If guilds are competing for the scoreboard, maybe they'd also like to show off how big their... trucks.. are.

After discussing this more (with input from @paste), I would say having a 1.5 multiplier for any draw would cause a risk of exploits, so I stand by my original suggestion to keep the 1.5 draw multiplier only when max scoring.
Otherwise there is a risk that friendly teams (for example two guilds in the same guild family) could try to battle each other and then make sure to draw so that both teams get the win bonus. So both teams would play the same maps and if one red gasses, the other would too.Ingame username: Jubjab -

Not sure if this would be an unpopular idea or not, but in regards to the issue of guilds that purposely try to get the lowest score needed to win in order to slow their progress to Master Tier and get matched with easier opponents:
Why not settle ties by giving the win to the team that currently has a higher cumulative score for the War.
