This happened to me in gw. Has anyone else seen this?

There was a comment from someone in our guild and I think basically it revolves around when you set up your A/B/C set teams. I think when you first create them you have to select the supports and save.

I've seen others talking about this and I think what happened is I bumped the presets, which I didn't want to do. That stripped off all my supports, which is not immediately apparent going into a mission. It can be skipped easily by simply tapping one big button on the screen which is reflex by this point.
This happened when I went into a gw mission with walkers on top of me. This resulted in red gas which neither I nor my guild appreciate.
Do not release "new features" on a gw week. No matter how much "it's working as intended", it never really is. So reduce the negative impact on players by not releasing on a gw week, or by not having gw on major holidays. Scheduling has really taken a back seat lately and that's one of the few things you can actually control for players impact. -
I'm still a bit unsure @ghost_pepper what exactly you mean that happened in the game.
We have received a few reports from some players about not seeing the Support cards in the Support tab, but they are still there (tappable and usable in battle). This is due to some devices screen ratio causing the visualizations to disappear.
From your comment I understand that you've selected them for a mission, and in that mission itself you don't see the support options by the survivor cards. Is this correct? As zbot mentioned above as well, did you try tapping on those "empty" spaces where they should be to see if it still activates them (as if the visualization only is gone)?
Or is this a case of something that could be improved with team presents and how they are shown if you select different teams (and accidentally going into combat without supports added to the team)? -
