5 levels higher X% chance (10-20% ish)
10 levels higher Y% chance (21-35% ish)
15+ levels higher Z% chance (36-50% ish)

I'm personally a fan of the suggestion to allow us to escape without Merle on the exit. It's somewhere on the forums here.

Combine those ideas and we’d have an incredible hero. I really like the “escape without Merle on the exit”. It would be really useful in maps like “The Dungeon” and “Abandoned Base”. If you don’t find the 3 clues in the first 3 boxes at high levels you could use Merle to open a 4th one. Bad RNG would be less punishing. I heavy injured a ton of heroes last night trying to get the clues in the first 3 crates in “Abandoned Base” round 79. Not the most fun I’ve had lol
