Seeing yourself in a battle after being disconnected in GW

This has been around for too long now and why it's still haven't being fix yet? This Van guy on my team was fighting freemen and suddenly being disconnect and he load back in he's in the camp and seeing himself are still fighting freemen on that game for over 10 hours , we have no choice but to clear that map and lost 1 sword

Please have the player reach out to support so they can take a closer look, and look into possible compensations for the issue

Happened to us as well, support is useless if they respond after battle has ended.

yup but all of my guild member on that losing day are earned 1k GW Point when they are reply
