During wars only issues

My screen shakes and zooms only in war. Last level I did the map went dark like in shadows. Could still see the enemies but couldn't use charged decimator because that's how it works with shadowed enemies. Reset my phone and still shadowed untill next turn. Made it thru level luckily.
