    I can't seem to get my Cinema Ads or the BM refresh vids to appear. I've done all the usual things. Turned off wi-fi and used cellular data, restarted the game, restarted the phone, toggled the targeted ads (iOS), etc. Anybody else seeing this? Any other self-fixes?

    Seems to have been something lasting for just a short time.

    We have seen some other issues with in-game ads as well in the past couple of weeks, and are currently working on an optional update that would hopefully help with that. You can keep that in mind as well in the upcoming day or two (Android users only)

    Support replied and everything seems good for now. Apparently a minor “hiccup” according to Support.

    wow your problem compare to my problem is a huge gap lmao
    @Lexia i already ask support about it but they still dont have solution =(((( please help

    This keeps happening to me. Missing out on refreshes that I need for survival pass points  I think I missed out on a bonus chest last time due to it happening so often.

    @Heartlessknave Make sure you are on the most recent version of the game, as we had some fixes for ads in an earlier update. Otherwise, we have not seen any issues with ads, so most likely it's regional variances that unfortunately we can't affect (as it's something on the ad providers side and what is offered in which country and when etc.)

    This bug appears to have returned. No camp vids refreshing. :disappointed:

    I had the same problem, even though it hadn't happened before. Cleared the cache but that didn't help.

    If clearing cache didn't help, most likely there's no more ads, it's happened for some regions before

    Ads came back just a moment ago! Also back for the Black Market too.
