Missing End Turn Button After Survivor Died

Yikes

In this Last Stand mission, Ezekiel was low on health and hit a Goo that was on fire with a charged attack. Ezekiel took fire damage and died. End turn button was missing afterwards. 
Edit:  Reloading the game got the End Turn button to show up.
