Origins II third survivor stuck

On the third try where you select your own survivors, my third one never gets to move. I got my other two to the exit, but I can't complete the mission.

Character disappeared and could not use him..Started fine with all three characters...Then lost the third character mid game....Map was called BItten

Pretty pissed off I had to flee and suffer a heavy injury.

Happened to me as well. Had to flee to exit. All the hype for the new seasons and pissed off right away.

Used Shooter Maggie on 2nd trial since scout I used in Trial one had heavy damage. After freeing Maggie, I no longer had the ability to move her. She would still shoot in overwatch mode, but her Icon never showed up on left side, even after I opened the door at end of mission. Had to Flee to end mission.

Played the new season mission with Mercer. When the mission started, he was struggling with a walker (mission script). Completed the mission and he is now in hospital for 2 hours to heal. So we would have to sacrifice one player for each of the mission to spend 2 hours in the hospital. I would classify it as a bug.Zee Black - SG Woots - Playing since 2015.

Well my survivor is stuck in the whole mission so i can't complete it
The interface is also giving me 2 survivors instead of 3

Come on this is just stupid.I don't have the time to mess about and just want to bash through these missions as well as the distance. Now Yumiko is in hospital for hours or I use gold to correct NG's mistake.

Yup, same here. He needs to be wounded first, get him\her to struggle, after that it's fixed.

This glitch may be because it was intended to put 3rd survivor in a struggle and you need to free him. But if it dodges walker attack then your survivor won't need to be rescued! Had no issue when I used a Scout in position 3 on Trial 1. But glitch showed up on trial 2 using Shooter Maggie, A Hunter, and Aaron. Had to flee 3 times so far.

Tested my struggle theory on trial 2 using another scout. If your 3rd position gets into a struggle and you are able to free him, then the mission continues as normal, allowing you to complete the mission. If your survivor dodges then you will not be able to continue since you will not have any control of 3rd survivor. Will result in Heavy Damage and not usable for nearly 2 hours, So alternate your scouts in position 3! Lol

Always something when they bring out updates..

But then after 60 mins it says wait 6d ???

Thanks for the report everyone, Season missions has been shut down until this issue gets resolved. NG is working on compensation for those affected.

Indeed, I put Sasha in the third position. Now she is forced to lie in the hospital for two hours,lol

Why not give some players beta type access or hire some games testers?..Seems to happen way to often when new content is released
I had 2 trys on when you get to use your own characters both were bugged..First try my 3rd player totally disappeared..Second try my 3rd player took massive damage for no apparent reason.
How can this of been missed? Was with in seconds of game play. -

Some of us do Beta test dude, i do for one, but not every aspect of an update is available to us. This is an example. Season missions were not available for testing... And when I asked about it they said because the mechanism of the times would unlock it for everyone. So no bueno. Sorry bro.

@leadingZero compensation was sent back on July 11/12 but only to players that were affected (played the mission), they would have received a healing token per try, if a player is over the cap of 5, then they got 10 gold per healing token above the cap.

@leadingZero contact in game support, they can tell you whether you received it or not, for these kind of comps, it just shows up in your inventory

That's silly. Surely there's a better way to inform players and improve the customer experience. After falling victim to a game bug, I have a chore to find out if I even got the compensation.
Was the compensation and what it was even announced?
