Look at the compensation I won!!! They gave me back 4 more than I used, but they didn't return the flare or the gut, let alone the gold. I'd rather have been given the right amount of what I actually used than given extra helpings of the least important tool in the game. detail that there are members in my guild who received 5 of each tool plus 50 gold, so this compensation is completely random.

Players have been compensated with tools, gold used for healing, healing tokens and Red Gas. Unfortunately the game will visually show you only one compensation if you got many, as the notifications only allow one popup to show up upon game start.

I can confirm that @MichelWars you got back medkits, grenades, gore, gold and red gas

there were people who received the information of all the items they won, but maybe my mistake was to press ok instead of >>.
 As I am assured that all compensation has been paid, I will trust it even without realizing it since I don't remember how much I had before bed.

Easier and nicer if you ask next time 😉 But I know, it's a bit tricky with a situation like this and when some features don't quite bend the way that would be easier or clearer. But, we'll make it work 😊

„ any equipment gained from the shop so far will be altered, and brought back in the next season.” @Lexia does it mean the Savior Handgun that had been availabe before the bug was spotted and GW cancelled will not be there next season? I’m confused. Please clarify if posssible. And thank you for your time and hard work for the community.

It will be back, but it will not be the same exact one as we had now. Different ID's basically, with the "broken" one staying broken, and then a new same one coming back that will be working as it should

The guild shop has done nothing wrong here - leave it alone. Let people keep what they have gotten but don’t give them extra when the GW resumes. Umm I played but got nothing from it. I earned a buttload of RP but didn't use it. And now it's gone?

I don't expect to be compensated. I'm just trying to follow your logic? Should my reward points be returned to me? Help me understand. I don't expect it but I wouldn't complain about it either LOL

Been playing since November of 2015. I usually plan my purchases with the amount of gold included in the bundle. I buy this specifically for GW. I will average about 500 to 600 in gold for healing. I got confirmation from support that I received 10 red gas, 5 MedKits and 100 in gold. 1) I have over 450 in red gas. Got it from the last big fubar. I have never used 10 red gas in any war. 2) I don’t care what my account says, I used MedKits, flares and grenades. A deeper dive into my account should confirm my average usage. Might be the bug is more pervasive than it appears. Or you guys are just glad handing us. Thanks @Lexia @Fluxxx

@BigBob how many extra attacks did you use/have?  I'm wondering if red gas was being "used" for the extra attacks.

@ATLAS-Z if you're asking me - I am arguing to let you keep your RP and allow you to use it, simple as that. Keep the Guild Shop as is, sure, some players get to use the cool weapons like 1-2 weeks earlier than the rest of us, but, whatever. To me this is fairer than the alternative because you still won't be able to buy the same weapons twice. 

Let the Guild Shop opens just like normal. I won't be able to buy anything because I have no RP (would be nice to compensate me with some RP though - but no big deal here).

But paste just mentioned on Discord how this could mess up with how the Guild Shop is programmed, so, whatever.

Okay, so lots of minor bugs showing up. Blank screen thing, 9 conversations in chat, support chat count staying on notifications, several no guild loading, mishaps in trade good shop, etc, etc. You guys need a good purge.

Not sure who to direct this… but it needs to be fixed. Island cross swords which identifies it has been started are still missing.

That's a well known "Spectator" bug.
