Saviour handgun bugged

@Lexia had a report of crippling on the saviour handgun not working.

I've read the in game message saying any equipment from the shop will be altered. Now if this was intended then disregard.

However, the report of crippling not working is from about 6 hours ago, so long before the announcement and the cancelling of the war which leads me to think the gun is bugged to begin with as well.

The player made a video and sent it to support which will hopefully give NG all the information they need to fix it if indeed it is bugged. I can share it here too if that would help.

It would be good to know in any case if this is a deliberate move on your part or not.
