Hershel’s LT is bugged: 100% cripple

Some players have now unlocked Hershel, and at this stage his LT is still at lvl 3, which according to the description should mean he had a 11% chance to cripple (any) enemy. Unlike normal cripple it seems he can cripple on any attack (not just body shots), which is perhaps intended?

But the problem is that in the videos I’ve seen, his cripple is not 11% (or ~15% with lucky taken into account) but more like 100%.

I saw the report bug so I decided to test it with the broken savior handgun-NML TWD Hershel LT BUG-I'm not a math genius but is LT definitely bugged.

Please NG should leave his LT alone ;'v or adjust the cripple chance higher so we can pare with it Lucky to make him useable

I’m also getting the single action move thing on lethal attacks. I assume lethal attacks mean when I kill all the targets. I was expecting to get it just when the attack fails to kill

I'm OK with this bug being fixed AFTER all other game bugs are taken care of first. This would put Hershel working as intended by October 15, 2025.

I'm ok with these bugs both being fixed after we all invest loads of $$ into Herschel...
