Michonne's LT never activates when she uses charged attack

So if you use charged attack, Michonne's LT does not seem to ever activate either on the 1st attack (charged) nor the 2nd attack. I am reading the LT description and it says nothing about charged attack.

Is this a bug or is it the intention? I would think it should activate just like Hillton Maggie's LT where it should roll and activate on any attack, just different trigger.

Maggie’s LT works the same way. If you use charge attack first, you will never get a free attack after. The only way is to attack first, get the free attack from LT, then use charge attack, followed by third attack.
