Final Chapter 15 Mission Broken?

I decided to finally finish the campaign missions today. However, I'm having a strange issue on the last mission of Chapter 15. By the time I get close to the bad guy, there is a brief loading screen and once the game is back my character portraits are replaced by three Dickinson, and I cannot move or do anything anymore. It happened twice now and the only solution is to flee.
Is this a known issue?

Edit: I see that is an old issue, never mind then.   :(
