help button does not work

first i found a bug with daryl scout where his lt doesn't work and when passing a zombie with half movement the movement was immediately ended. When trying to report to support through the "help" button that exists within the game and found that the button does not help

@MichelWars ios or android?  We tested on both and it's working but unable to figure out why some players are having this issue.
