In game support told me to delete and reinstall app which I’ve done several times now but still not resolved issue???
think this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed with a matter of urgency!!!! -
I’ve also deleted and reinstall app many Times But it doesn’t help.They told me than to save the game, (and being in logged in Game Center) which I did - but the support team disappeared though , after I saved the game so I had to contacting them again in “help”.
They said they wanted me to come back and tell them if I had saved the game. When I saved the game it saved it as level 1 not 67 🤦🏻♂️I’m feeling very sad now. I’ve played every day even when I was sick in covid this game since I found the best guild ever! Dead Stalkers is supporting and caring and we have talked every day all this months and I have got help, with things . I don’t wanna loose my game and I don’t wanna loose DS
The hope I’ve now is that the support team said they found my game. I’m waiting now .. and hoping it’s true . The game is saved. And I’m in logged in Game Center. So..please let it be true 🙏 -
Thank you a lot NG! I’m so very happy everything was able to fix! NG also said: “ I have also sent you 120 Campaign tokens (tokens missed on the 26th & 27th). “ Thanks a lot again! What a nightmare this days was but lucky for me it all worked out in the end. I can give you a recommendation if something like this happens to you, don’t do as I did, as NG told me: “ Note that if you create multiple new game accounts, you might then not see our replies. For us to help efficiently, please do not create multiple new accounts.” I was desperate. But a good advice is to not do like this . A lot of patients needs. Thanks again!

How long to recover your account? It’s a good sign, I’m almost relieved, until they recover mine of course. Waiting since Sunday…

4 days , But I’m sure it’s been faster if I had not started so many new conversation in the In-game “connect” and “help” chat. I was desperate but that didn’t help. I really hold my thumbs that you also will get your game back sone! I know how it is to start over again. I’ve done that more than one time. I can also tell you that I updated my iPhone to the latest version. Maybe that helped a bit too, I don’t know. But from now on I will always stay saved in my game to Game Center . And maybe not delete the app when I update the game. I don’t think the others in my guild do so. There must be a easier way to update the game…

Ugh…really hope so. Thanks, it’s been 3 days for me so there is still hope. Lol. I’m 78, can’t restart from lvl 1, too much, recover or give up the game for me.

What did they do for you. They just told me after 4 days that I seem to be connected and to go back in the game and reconnect to Game Center and wait for game to ask me to revert load to existing\previous game. That’s BS. I have done that on Sunday but game data was gone from my device and it didn’t do any miracles like pulling magically data from NF server. Please tell me what they did exactly. I am panicking now.

Without knowing exactly what support responded with everything is a guess but restoring accounts is a multi step process and takes some time.
Usually, it involves is your account linked? If it's not linked, you need to link it (Game Center for iOS or Google Play for Android) then respond back to the support message to let support know it's linked so that support can do their magic.
Also once you send a support request in, please don't spam or delete your game and reinstall.
Why? If you keep sending messages, you move to the back of the line when support responds.
Also if you delete your game and reinstall after you send a support request then it's gone, you can check by going to help then contact us, the support message isn't there so when support responds, you won't get it and you will have no idea.
My advice is send a in-game support request then wait for support to respond. Also make sure you follow the instructions exactly as it's provided by support.
Lastly, support is responding but again lost games takes some time as it's a multi-step process. Hang in there. I've been here since 2015 and I've lost my game before and that's how I got involved on the forum and also being a mod and why my signature has things about lost games.

i have deleted and reinstalled many times and even tried to reinstall my game centre account.I only get one reply per day from support so have been losing my patience in waiting for replies. I have submitted ticket again today so I won’t delete and reinstall again and just bide my time like you suggest.Thanks for your input

it's all good, it took about 5 days for my game to be restored back in 2015, it's heart wrenching and you keep checking your game to see if support responded but please know that they are working on it.
The whole experience has taught me about patience. Back in Dec 2015 I was ready to give up since I lost everything but my guild mates convinced me to contact support and my account was restored and I've been helping out on the forum ever since. -
Thanks for your detailed explanation zbot. Is difficult to be patient after 3 days of waiting. 4th day I was requested to reinstall the game as a step. Hope this didn’t kick me back a few days. I did all the right steps before issuing ticket but was asked to repeat them for no reason. Apologies if it seems like spam. You of all should know best how scary and frustrating is to lose your account in which you invested years and money. Hope all this is solved soon. Regards and thanks!

your words are reassuring.I really do hope I get it restored. Been playing since 2015/16 too. Most my top heroes are pretty maxed out and spent so much on this game I’m not about to just give it up. -

How come you lost it ? Was it like me it happened ? With the new update? I always delete the app and reinstall it when I update but I’m going to stop doing so now. How do you update your game in other way? My guild mates don’t do like me

@Mareliza no I usually just update it. I never delete and reinstall.I think the problem lies with loading alternate accounts with different Apple ID’s from the same device.Although I’ve been doing this for a while and never had any issues before so not sure what’s gone wrong this time.But I’ll have to struggle with my second account on my old slow device from now on as don’t want this happening again.Hopefully I get Bubble reinstated today 🤞

In my process I understod that you first of all have to see that the game is SAVED in the connection to Game Center (I’ve Game Center in my iPhone). It doesn’t matter if you, when you save it, it says you’re at level 1. It feels terrible but here after you saved the game and see it’s connected to Game Center as saved, it’s here you’ve to have patient and wait.
if you again message the support team your saving to the game center get lost. And they need you to stay in the save position, if not they can’t help you. So save the game even if it say you’re on level one. You might go back to the support team in the in game help support and tell them “now my game is saved”. Look again that it’s saved. And than you wait. -
I also recommend you to mail them and have contact to the support in the mail . You find it in the next game “contact” Try to not writing to much mail . I did that and it slow down the process. Mail them what level you’re on, your game name and what your guilds name is. They going to tell you that they want you to respond in the in-game chat. Do all they say and wait. I waited a long time for answers in the mail contact . But if felt safer having contact with them on all places. Mail. In game chat. Here. And also I messaged a lot with my guild friends 😅 my guild is a big family with a lot of players
