"Help" button still isn't working!

You've already released several bug fixes but still haven't fixed support! Not everyone is on the forum to write about their problems and random purchases, and your advice on how to supposedly turn support back on doesn't work at all! The problem is on your end, not ours as you wrote earlier, so please fix this bug! Don't hurt the players :(

    press and hold 3 buttons on the screen while the game is loading will get you to the help menu, that's the quick fix for now

    Hey @roganrushrich, please do send a message to support about it, as we have heard some having this issue with the Help button. It doesn't seem to be affecting a lot of players, but could still gather some more information on the matter for additional investigation. We have an idea of what it may be related to (which means it may be looked into at a later point), unless something more concrete is found
