Multiples rerolls, same choice. What happened in traits rerolling gear ?

I suggested my mates to screen record their traits reroll. But I trust them and many, and so friends from friendly guilds, are complaining of having two, even three times the same results at rerolling their toons traits.
Lots told them that report this is waste of time. I don't think so.
We were supposed to not have the same lottery each time.
Are you aware of it, @Lexia ?
Any informations ?

@Coolseb No changes have been made to rerolls, so it would definitely be good to have some screenrecording as well as have the affected player reach out to support with more information
