Distance Hard mode freeze

Hello,
Went into hard mode distance couple of weeks ago and the game froze almost to death. I could barely play from the lagging and there was weird screen issues and noises. Now after these two weeks and couple updates I went in again and the same issues persist. On easy mode I was playing in the meantime no issue at all. 

Pls advise what should I do because it's really frustrating.

contact in game support, click settings (gear icon), help, contact us, choose the right category and send a in game support request.

I was also feeling bad for this issue can you find some trick to resolve this.

Is this happening now? This was fixed.
