Resolution iPad

i was wondering why nobody was addressing this annoying problem. If played on an iPad, NML does not play well resolution wise. You cant see as much of the map as you can on an iPhone fx. This results in a map which is not showing the full range of your weapons. Long range weapons can shoot longer than you can see on the screen, Making it harder to shoot at a Long distance. The starbound rifle is useless. You cant see
or target the enemies at a longer distance… but they can see/target you. Wouldnt it be possible to make a bigger zoom-out available?? Im sitting duck here. Bought my 3. iPad and the problem still exists. I was aware of that before, but i would really like to have the same conditions on all of my hardware which runs TWD NML. Please look into this.

@Cartmandsf Could you kindly send a message to support about it, with some video/screenshots and information on your device? That way they would be able to gather a bit more information for us to look into

I got an Ipad and looked forward to actually being able to see NML in a larger size. But I had the same problem. Could see larger pictures, but not all the map could be seen. There would be a walkers just out of sight on Ipad and the rifle could not target walkers same as the player on phone ....out of reach on Ipad. I was told that the differences was the phone's 16:9 aspect ratio vs the Ipad's 4: 3 ratio. I could not find a solution....is there a solution?

I just realized this issue too. Have you submitted anything to support about it?

The problem is definitely the aspect ratio of the display, for example 16:9 to 4:3. I can understand that wonderfully on the computer, where I use something that I am not allowed to mention here.
... I can quickly adjust the resolution as I like and you can see immediately that it's the aspect display ratio.
The simplest solution could be that you can choose via an option whether you want to have a black bar at the top and bottom at 4:3. I mean it like this: make an option in the game, whether you want an optimization, where you then have a black bar at the top and bottom (that's how it's solved for films, for example). If you need it, you can still zoom with 2 fingers.
But the problem is not only that with a certain aspect ratio of the display, the zoom into the map is not large enough. It also happens with certain maps that zombies on the edge (especially on the left) are not fully visible. Then you don't see the zombie's status symbol, like stunned or esnare. A good example is the season 7 mission "Daryl's Nightmare", mission 3 (see screenshot). It is very easy to see on the map when playing, then the symbols of your own players are in the way of the zombie on the far left (shown in yellow, that's where the other 2 players are in the challenge)). You especially see not the status symbols of the zombies as stunned or esnare. The mission is also played in the challenges (Raise Up Against Negan - Daryl's Nightmare).

@zbot back at Guild War today:
The opponent enemy with 3 hunters with 2 starbound rifle, me with GCarol, hunter and Yumiko (both hunters also with starbound rifle). On my tablet, the screen didn't reach far enough to the right for me to target one of the enemies with the starbound rifle. So I had to move a little because there was no other way and of course I was hit immediately by both starbound rifle. GCarol was dead instantly, but still easily managed. That doesn't happen with mobile phones, for example, because the picture format is much wider. It's just annoying because you can't help it and you don't do anything wrong. Also, I bought 2 of my 3 starbound rifle and then stuff like that. Just annoying.

I can see how that's frustrating. I wrote it down as feedback to see if we can/want to fix this
