When I try to redeem codes that I know work I get just have (…) show up and that’s all

I know they work because my dad and my brother have used them both the codes are 
(OW2022)
(TWD123)
any feedback on how to fix this issue will be appreciated thank you all

OW2022 is only available for council levels 1-12 so if you are past that level you can’t use the code.  Pretty sure TWD123 got you Lucille.
