So... some questions:
- Why is Fortified unaffected by Lucky? It has already been confirmed so much by some Dev's that Eugene LT is affected by Lucky. Why is it suddenly not??

- Council Level 30 for Players Level 79? The updates notes didn't show any buildings available for Council 29 that help us level up to level 79. So how do we get to that level?

Two questions
- Fire damage is not returning ?
- No fix for the buggy Tyreese's circles ?Ingame username: Jubjab -
That is a lot of supplies, XP, and reinforcement tokens.
I always wondered how many players throw their hands into the air and quit during these updates. I never understood why the level increase has to cost so many resources. I don't mind it too much but end game councils have caused people to quit and I think the resources involved can be improved and cause less churn. -

Disappointed that two of the most annoying bugs, that really affect gameplay have not been adressed.
Tyreese bug defying the laws of physics where two objects can not occupy the same space at the same time
Push bug
Both cause unnecessary fails / healing cost.
Also no mention on GW. Not even talking about going out of Beta, but about some maps that are causing constant crashing/rebooting of the game, and that should be either fixed or removed from the pool of maps. -
The Good: The campaign weapons look cool. Some important bug fixes. Nice change to bullet dodge.
The Meh: Standard Council upgrade. GW still in BETA.
I don't see much use for First Strike. It would be a lot better if it dealt a percent of the walkers health as damage like Beth's/Mercer's LT. It could've helped melee deal with CWW.
Fortified isn't bad, but it's probably too little too late for defensive builds.
Thanks for one last update NG. Farewell and stay safe out there survivors. -

So eugene cant be critted then? Sounds ok, but who uses bruisers? Its nothing special in this update, but nor bad also.

Would like to write my opinion about this update.
One of the main disadvantages of this update is to make it so that enemies are guaranteed to be able to attack while under Ensnare effect. As for me, this change devalues the Ensnare skill for melee heroes (exept Morning Star). There won't be much changes for ranged heroes, but this is a good question how melee heroes will cope without tactics or additional strikes, like Brozita.
Also the question is why Lucky not affecting the Fortified? What a brilliant solution, which clearly many players do not understand? Recently, all armor with 4 perks has an additional Lucky skill. Tactics and Primed are also relevant and I have a question for where and for what will a new skill be needed if there is no room even for evasion in the set, like this? Without the Hazard suit such armor will not be taken with ranged heroes with fire weapons. For DD heroes such armor without the Ruthless does not make sense, because there will be not enough damage. For tanks such armor without Dodge will not make sense and other armor options will also make little sense.
It is unclear how useful the First Strike skill will be in the form in which it was presented. There are 9 heroes in the game who have approximately the same conditions for gaining a total damage boost and only 2 of them are useful (Rosita assault and Princess) and then not at the expense of this boost. Such a skill would be useful if the gain was like Mercer's or Beth's. Such a skill with a similar condition would really make sense to use. But what is presented now is not so useful than any of these heroes, which no one intentionally uses.

Am I the only one who thinks First Strike is going to be a must have on bruiser weapons? Silver First Strike, Gold Concussion, Gold Razor please
It’s a guaranteed stun from the first move for a bruiser, and a guaranteed stun for every respawn. Every bruiser can now basically do what made RGG good (poor RGG)

Attacks against this survivor are {x}% less likely to be critical hits.

If the level of the heroes has increased, then again make the challenge endless.Otherwise, soon all guilds will make the maximum score. Can also add new islands to GW

No change to the Nightmare Distance so mid-level players will have a better shot at completion. End gamers have already been completing it with no injury for quite some time. It might be nice to see another more difficult level in the Distance. Insane Mode: No Heroes Allowed and much better rewards.

I don't think if this idea makes much sense. So it's all based on Description? So why had KAZ and Fluxxx confirmed in other posts from so many years ago that Eugene LT is affected by Lucky when he wasn't? And why did they just say it not affected recently? Couldn't they have told you earlier?
And in the post itself I said a point: Critical Chance is the exception. Why is it the exception then? If that's the case, make Critical Chance unaffected by Lucky, just like BodyShot is unaffected by Lucky. -
@NatsuDark
Is it a chance of something happening vs something that always happens but happens to be a %? It's easier if you break it down.
For example dodge: x% chance of dodging an enemy attack. This is affected by luck as it's a x% chance of either dodging or not dodging.
Fortified isn't affected by luck as it's not a % chance of it happening, its % reduction. It always happens and it's x% less likely to be a critical hits.
Same as Hazard Suit, take x% less damage from fire. All attacks against the survivor have y% chance to be body shots. This always happens. It's not y% chance of happening.
-
I understand, so everything is a matter of description. This is easy to misunderstand, but it makes sense. I think the main point that left me confused is the fact that KAZ and Fluxxx left the information that Eugene LT was affected by Lucky, and they never denied it during this whole time (unless that I haven't found, which is kind of confusing as if that's the case more veterans would have been made aware of this).
So why is Critical Chance the Exception? Body Shots shouldn't be affected by Lucky either?
If no Traits are affecting critical Chance, will Critical Chance still be affected by Lucky? -
I don't understand why the cws will decrease, if the characters' lvl will go up.
-
Will there be compensation for players who need to pick up gear purchased from the GW shop before the update? those who buy after the update will have a level up.

As many have already mentioned above, the lt tyresse bug should be a high priority to focus on as it ruins gameplay and costs us a lot of gold and gas.

When does the update actually drop ? (Only see dates in regards to the campaign albeit the shutdown of social servers suggest it is very soon?)
