I checked the historical data and it looks like there was quite a few similar feedback in 2022. Well, I would say that this seems to be an issue that is not easy to fix. 😃 I've let the game team know that our players are very concerned about this issue.

Please also kindly note that this issue has been around for a while, so I'm not sure how long it will take us to fix it, therefore I don't have a concrete answer at the moment for the exact date of the fix. 🤔

Clearly this bug is happening much more frequently than before. Earlier it happened randomly in very rare cases, now it seems the fence doesn't almost protect at all.

A huge request to the DECA team to fix this bug before the start of the GW, otherwise players can get a lot of negativity from missions where walkers attack through obstacles. I think the community of players will join my words.

Stunned walkers are not supposed to grab your character. I suggest rolling back wherever you guys did to ensnare because NG screwed it up (yet again) I have the entire recording if you need it. Super annoying..... 😡

By chance do you think there is an un-stunned walker that is being hidden by the push mechanic bug? I wonder if you would get the same view if you shutdown and restarted. I've also seen multiple walkers occupy the same space within Tyreese's circle so there's another possibility (and another bug). If I shutdown/restart if this has happened it doesn't help.

Nice Catch Cronos. After rewatching the recording and zooming in this appears to be the case. I must have missed the flying walker going into the fray diagonally when I pummeled them with the ensnare bat. After zooming in there is indeed one in the middle of the 2 stunned. Such a mess, but now I know to restart the app if I ever encounter it again. I should've known better but this is the first time I have encountered this particular scenario by smacking a walker in-between 2 walkers within the Tyreese void.
I suppose I should finally go to the optometrist and get the new glasses I need since the pandemic seems to be over now. Thanks 👍

That's all?  I'm sorry, but I think that DECA haven't understood the seriousness of the problem which, in the past, didn't affect all missions with walls or fences.  I sent two requests to support today which were ignored, no response, this has never happened with Next Games.  What do we have to do?  Keep wasting resources?  Keep wasting time?  Continue to be ignored?  As I have already written, DECA must (at least) immediately and drastically reduce healing time / resources.

If this is truly your response I don’t like where we are headed with player satisfaction. I’ve used way too many resources like tools and gold because of a game glitch.

It would be helpful if you recorded videos, this might give some insight in why it happens. It's already abundantly clear from the screenshots that it does happen. But understanding WHY will greatly speed up the fixing process.

You're right @Burmeliinis, but it seems that DECA doesn't need it since they didn't ask for video. Support is not responding, healing times have not been reduced (to compensate the damage we are suffering) ... probably, they have the situation under control.

Were long poles with hooked ends really used to pull people off stage if they were performing badly? If true, we should bring it back and make it a thing.

Yup it happened to me too  I did try support, but got no response  I know they’re aware of the bug already.
