Traits on the campaign weapons - what changed!?!

This place is already feeling deserted ...I thought the forum would of got a lot more active with the take over...I thought the new devs would of been on here on a daily basis chatting getting to know whats what with the players... What we want fixing bugs etc. but nothing...I also couldn't believe the so called QnA felt like they answered about 5 questions...There must of been 100's. Seems like they've gotten into something then realised its riddled with problems and bugs...Now it looks like we've waisted 400 gold on a distance reset to purchase an item that's now been changed from something really good and fun to something really weak and pretty much useless compared to what we already have..

It feels difficult to argue against the thrust of this post. Even the more level-headed among us must be feeling a little marginalised by now. I could’ve accepted a message along the lines of ‘we decided those weapons were too good to give away for free - soz!’ and I would’ve felt that was fair enough, if that is their position then I wouldn’t even protest. Business, revenue, keep the game going, can’t just be giving everything away for free, etc.

But to have a legitimate concern flatly ignored is another matter. 

In the interests of fairness I suppose I don’t know how big the DECA team is or the demands of the workload they’ve taken on, but I agree with @Griplee, I expected a bit of enthusiastic player base interaction to be sweeping through the forum in the first few weeks of their reign. It’s difficult to read anything other than apathy into what we’ve had in its place.

It was an update announcement. What changes or is added in the game. Also bugs and how to fix them. Although some of these get fixed, new serious ones have also been added. Don't blame DECA.

It was an announcement and not a test phase. So the weapons in the campaign should also be found in the game.

Same I've lost interest and gold to this campaign nothing in there that's fun to unlock...Its meant to keep players excited active and wanting to log in every single day...Asking guildies how many tokens you've earned ....It should have players buzzing...Then wondering why someone's got more tokens than you..Then realising its because they did the distance on another difficulty...Even though it should be the same....I'm just glad this got highlighted before I spend another 400 gold on a distance reset

The worst campaigns are those with hero tokens. We had Connie months ago, and still there has been absolutely no possibility to use her anywhere. I wonder if DECA forgot she even exists?

- No Connie in the Girl Power call ("features all female heroes").
- No Connie in Last Stand Expert mode
- Connie has been featued once in a regular 15 radio call
- Obviously no star hero Connie

Updates notes are update notes, you can save your testing phase for yourself but when you release something like update notes, this mean stuff mentioned there will be implemented in next update, game campaign etc.

Save this for yourself in case you didn't know how things should works. 

People should get back their wasted 400 gold for distance at priority.


Imagine buying laptop via some internet shop and you get old pentium 3 instead Intel 12th gen because specification was in ,,testing phase"

What you see is what you get. I thought I get the weapons with the announced traits, so I decided to boost the Distance with 400 gold. As you have changed the traits it´s nothing less then cheating. I want my gold back.

Btw, your support sucks.

Thank you for responding to our query. Just as others have said already, I’m disappointed with the outcome but appreciate this comes at a time of massive transition, hiccoughs are inevitable. DECA is bound to have their own way of doing things and we’re in a period of change.

I don’t share some of the apocalyptic views expressed by others here and am still optimistic DECA can continue NG’s work in taking forward this great game which we all love

@JasonW "viewing" a bug doesn't change the fact that it's a bug, it still has to be fixed!

Your response sounds like an excuse for in-game weapons having wrong traits but DECA doesn't want to fix it.

We wanted to be optimistic, but these are your first impressions?

Pretty embarrassing answer after almost a week of pleading for just a response. You just took a shit on the entire, most loyal fanbase that has contributed to any profitability attributed to WDNML over the years and just squashed it. Great first step. Watch how many steps it takes for many to walk out the door.

This leaves a sour taste. I've spent far more than I'd like to admit on this game over the last few months. My wallet is staying closed until things improve.

Just out of interest why was it changed?...Looks like you put something in the game that's actually good...Then realised we could get cash for this let's change it...I'm saying with in a month we see both items in the shop that can be purchased for $$$...Rather than let us earn them through active game play as originally appeared in the update notes..First impressions last ..
