The weekend is over, 48 hours have passed, no feedback from DECA either here or from support yet, the problem seems serious enough to me.

I wasted gold and reroll tokens and Dwight's badge still doesn't work. Shall I send him to war in this condition?

... may I suggest an answer?  So... dear survivor, sorry for this (yet another!) problem (why do you keep playing and spending real money?).  However, we checked and you spent x GOLD and y TOKENS to get that useless badge, we will return them to you.

@IoSonoSempreNegan check the stats after you do a mission if you just changed the survivors sometimes it doesn’t adjust until after you actually play a mission or change then restart the game.  It’s a visual glitch with badges.

Thanks @zbot, but I've already tried several times.  This is not a display issue.  I also removed the badge (15 more gold bars 🤙) and after putting it back on, I only gain 25% health.

I highly doubt anyone from Deca knows the code yet or understands all business rules (game mechanics).

Have to give them at least 1-2 months to get up to speed.


PS: @JasonW it's 15 tokens for the first badge bonus reroll, then 20 for second, and 25 for all subsequent rerolls of the bonus on the same badge.

Well if DECA is only refunding 3 reroll tokens, then I hope this means they will reduce the cost to reroll badges to only 3 tokens. 15+ is a ridiculous amount anyway.

Isn't it 5% on the 25% instead of +5 percent points? So instead of 30% it's 25%*1.05 = 26.25% , Are you sure that the health increase doesn't happen? The bonus is already applied if you have hunter morgan in your team selection. So please remove hunter morgan from your team and check if dwight's health decreases a little.

This video demonstrates that Dwight's health badge bonus condition "+5% if teammate is Sniper Morgan" doesn't work, as easily understood by the green dot that doesn't light up.

I've done a mission, logged in and out of the game and it is evident that this is not a visual BUG.  How long does it take for the DECA GAMES "special department" to examine my case (n. 1395 of March 13 and n. 34796 of March 15)?

Hello, it seems to me that the DECA GAMES "special department" has not examined my case (n. 1395 of March 13 and n. 34796 of March 15) because it has been a long time and I have not received any information.  DECA GAME think I forgot?  I will refresh the memory of DECA GAME, I hope to be brief.  I have a badge with a bonus condition that doesn't work on which I've used a lot of tokens and the update just released, didn't fix it.  Does DECA GAME intend to compensate me for using tokens unnecessarily?  Does DECA GAME, to which I have provided the date and time of the use of the tokens, intend or is it capable of verifying how many I have wasted?  DECA GAME, are you willing or able to replace my badge with a working one?  Does DECA GAME intend or is only able to make fun of me again with another compensation of 3 tokens, since it doesn't know or pretends not to know how many are needed for a single launch or how many have I used?  DECA GAME, do you want to solve this situation or did you scam me?  Thank you.

FIRST ROUND - it seems that DECA GAME forgot about the problem, but I didn't.  New conversation ID 41861, started today (Friday 2nd June 2023).
