Reinforcement Token Packs - NOT GIVEN

On Thursday March 9, I purchased 3 Reinforcement Token packs for $14.99 ($15.93) with tax.  The first one, you were supposed to 300 Tokens, 2nd-300 tokens + 50 bonus, same for the third.  I reported this on 3/10, receipts provided, and have been JERKED around by DECA ever since!!!  They have closed the ticket twice and have now GHOSTED ME for three straight days.  Their customer service has always been horrible, but this takes it to a NEW LEVEL!  Anyone else being jerked around???

    No, here not. Last weekend i bought a bundle reinforcement-tokens and everything was fine.
