Play not being completed

We have one player that's been in the same room for hours. And we're outside the problems communicating with them. What do we do. At times when I tried to chat they are not going through.

@smoothiegirl it happens the player may have forgotten about it or has RL and got interrupted.  Other than waiting for the player to finish sometimes you need to use another attack to clear it.

Being able to post while in a level for this reason would be helpful. But also would be able to get outside help for this level Wich is not a good idea
