Can we start trading items in our toolkit?

Right now I have 190+ gore in my tool kit but very few grenades, flares, etc.  I never use them.  We already have the ability to trade for badge components and survivor tokens.  Could we have a black market option to trade these tool kit items?

Had this idea a long time ago btw. maybe only for exchange since "sending tools" would be able to cheat to much with creating more accounts. But the idea with trading into different ones is still there.
