I found the final solution for the event weapons desaster!

Not to flame you at all, but maybe it would be the easiest way to give the 500 gold, both weapons and three workshop tokens to all players.

Right now it´s a hilarious chaos to all players.

I got both weapons from the campaign, paid gold to boost the Distance.

I got the shotgun two days ago, but not the poleaxe. I keeped the gold. Today the gold was gone, but the poleaxe didn´t arrive.

In several Line chats I read nearly any combination of rewards. Some got both weapons and keep the gold, some got one weapon but the gold was grabbed. Some got none replacement and the gold was grabbed.

Sort your shit please.

And please do it BEFORE you announce the next campaign  :D

    I don't even feel like playing the game anymore. Only logged in once in 4 days. Didn't give me the shotgun. Same old shit. If the deca model is to turn people complacent so they eventually quit, it seems to be working

    And those who got replacements were even allowed to keep the old ones. Buy a new pass? never. if I don't get both weapons, not a cent will flow

    The whole situation gets more laughable by the day. I've given up trying to get the original Wrecker. But what's even worse is this happened right at the start of the take-over. They came up with a great fix and 500 gold. Everyone was so happy thinking  these guys are awesome. Then they went silent for about 2 weeks. Then they changed the rules and people lost out on the gold and the original weapons. They were so close to offering a great solution then just dropped the ball. It was one hell of an April fools joke. I'll never make another purchase in this game again

    Deca may take a look how many € i have spend last year for the game. I support games I like but they don't get a cent till they communicate with us properly and fix the problems.

    We have 4 people leaving the game in our guild before the next challenge, including 2 content creators who are highly thought of.

    In 1 month DECA have turned hardcore players away because of this absolute wankbag of a system,  'reaching out to customer support' FOR THEIR OWN MESS which they then can't even get right. 

    Watch your player count over the next week, you caused it all! Fortunately people are now voting with their wallets and people who have bought all 8 passes find it laughable you have the audacity to have a Poleaxe in this one, after the stinking mess of the last event.

    How have you ruined a 7 year old game in 4 weeks? You even managed to ruin the forum. Absolutely pathetic.

    Easy fix, give all players shotgun and Polaxe with original traits. Without support ticket and half billion messages from DECA.

    Pretty sure your received the correct Poleaxe. Have you compared the traits to the one in the 5.8 update notes?

    Have the same issue. Received the pumpgun with origin traits, the version with the shitty traits is still there. Gold has gone and the poleaxe with shitty traits has gone too. But the axe with the origin traits hasn´t arrived.

    I'm still mad about having to have both weapons to make the exchange. Most of my guild made the financial decision not to chase the second weapon after the traits were changed and so we are excluded from compensation on the shotgun. It makes no sense to me at all. @Jeroen
