Thoughts on Iron Crusher Campaign Weapons?

It seems we got 2 great weapons in this current Iron Crusher campaign - assuming the traits don’t change.
What are your thoughts?

Last Word seems perfect for Father Gabriel since a priest should be learned in the "Word (Hebrews 4:12)."
That Hammer would be ideal if we had a non hero character that favored Robert Baratheon or Gendry. Perfect team mate for my best offensive Bruiser:

I’m only just noticing now how much lower the base damage is on The Last Word than an ordinary scout weapon. I’m not sure it’s a big issue really, the special functionality looks amazing (would still love to see a clip of it in action just to confirm the charge attack is what I hope it is). I’ve included a random lvl 30 scout weapon for reference.
To save anyone the hassle of checking the Lucerne Hammer is the standard base damage for a bruiser weapon -

I haven't been using my bruisers as much since the interrupt morning star came out and Zeke's LT changed. I've been using my warriors in that roll. Having a scout weapon with stun is going to be awesome I think. Especially if weakening can keep them charged up all the time.

Do the words 'charge attack is an additional attack that can stun enemies' sound a bit wishy washy to anyone else? Is it a short way of saying it will stun walkers that can be stunned but won't stun walkers that are resistant? Or is there some sort of chance involved? @Jeroen
But yeah I agree, both weapons sound really promising. The scout one more so than the bruiser one, I think the herding from the riot shield trumps the increased arc. -

Now that you mention it the SF is a fair bit less assertive than the RMach. It doesn’t even say anything about guaranteed Critical Hit on charge attack -
@WellyLuga yes, from previous wordings, stun only works if they are stunnable and not stun resistant. That's why cripple and other status effects were added to get around this.

The Last Word looks interesting, maybe because it's the first scout weapon that can stun in a wide area.
Lucerne Hammer is hopeless, very basic starter weapon. Even Gear Mace is way better. RMac beats it by a mile. -

Yeah I've been enjoying it with FiRo, since she often gets two attacks the guaranteed non body shot has been really handy.

Big fan of both, really cool weapons. Neither are overpowered nor outshine everything else in their class, but both will have plenty of uses, I’m sure. I’m expecting to use both regularly for different strategies, especially in challenge. Very well balanced. Great job, designers!!
Is it too soon to start speculating on how they might be retraited in a few months?

Don’t need Razor on new versions. The higher level Weakening is the less effective Razor becomes.
Weakening level 10 + 45% Luck + Razor = 84.88% chance of non body shot
Weakening level 10 + 65% luck = 82.5%Would be cool to also see new versions of the MS and the Bayonet Musket in the future with; Lucky (Silver), Ensnare (Gold), Destructive (Gold) -
Keep in mind too @JordanYuki removing razor also will decrease damage. It shouldn't, but it does.

Could you raise the discussion about the star hero with the team? @Jeroen
The more interesting weapons you guys add the more I miss actually being able to vary up your team in the challenge. Connie lead and Fighter Rosita is a really nice pairing with the new weapons but instead we are forced to use whatever hero you force us to use as the star hero. Would it be difficult to change it so that the star hero can be in any position? I think it would be a really good quality of life change to bring freshness to game play. -
I actually wrote this feedback down last Friday after getting some DMs about this from someone else as well. Will look into the matter ^^
