UTC Timer Change on May 16

Dear Survivors,

First of all, we would like to thank you for your continuous support and play of The Walking Dead: No Man's Land. We would like to inform you that the start- and end times of some in-game events in NML will be changed from 12:00 to 8:00 (UTC time), starting on May 16th.

The reason we are changing the event times in the game is mainly to adapt to the studio's working hours and to be able to make timely adjustments to avoid potential issues when new events are launched. Our goal here is to provide players with a more timely service.

This change will affect some in-game event times, meaning that the last round of events will end 4 hours earlier. 

We understand that such changes may be inconvenient to players. Below are some changes that will not affect players:

• Challenge: The Challenge for the week will start at 8:00 on May 17th and end at 8:00 on May 22nd.

• Survival Pass: Battle Pass Season 9 will end as scheduled at 12:00 on May 22nd, and Battle Pass Season 10 will start at 8:00 on May 23rd. This doesn’t affect the schedule for Season 9, but please note that Season 10 starts 4 hours earlier than you’re used to.

• Live ops Events: We will also be launching The Herd and TG Tuesday events for the week. Future live ops events will start at 8:00 and end at 8:00.

• The Herd will start at 12:00 on May 15th and end at 12:00 on May 17th.

• TG Tuesday will start at 8:00 on May 16 and end at 8:00 on May 17th.

• Campaign: We won’t have a new campaign when adjusting in-game timers. The season 9 campaign will end before the changes take place.

• Bundles: Bundles that launch on May 15th will start at 12:00 and end at 12:00 on May 16th. The next round of Bundles will start at 8:00 on May 16th, and end at 8:00 on May 17th.

The following changes will affect players:

• Daily Quest: Daily Quests will start at 12:00 on May 15th and refresh at 8:00 on May 16th. 

• The Trade Good shop and Black Market will start at 12:00 on May 15th and end at 8:00 on May 16th.

• The Distance and Last Stand will both start at 12:00 on May 15th and end at 8:00 on May 22nd.

• Daily Call: The Daily Call on May 15th will start at 12:00 and end at 8:00 on May 16th. The next round will start at 8:00 on May 16th and end at 8:00 on May 17th.

• Star Hero: The Star Hero for the week will start at 12:00 on May 15th and end at 8:00 on May 22nd. The next round will start at 8:00.

After the time change, the following game modes will stay how they are:

• Guild Wars

• Outpost
