Having a language option in the chat

My first participated in the guild wars  after all these years wasafter the Girl power Challenge and I like the options they provided. Which I think DECA should adopt. 

      I joined a group and I found out that there was no option to communicate to team member who spoke different languages. Therefore we could not communicate with them and we lost several times and we are not a small group with some high level  players. 

     I think there needs to be an option within the app to select language and notification. Some people may have forgotten they signed up AND NOT BEING able to communicate has our team leader removing There's not any way for us to even tell them to go to another app just to be able to communicate 

I hope someone looks into this please this is needed.
