Anyone else missing the Carols cookies from survival pass?

I thought i had more cookies, after gaining the cookies i seem to have the same amount

    It appears I got my 250. I had counted earlier and would be under 1000 for my next level and my number adds up. I would contact Support to have them verify.

    I thought I was going crazy. I knew 100% that getting both rewards from track the +250, +1000 would have put me well into level 2. Instead I’m glaringly short. I’m not certain I missed both, but I’m pretty positive I didn’t get the +1000, and yes I have premium pass.
