After Update can Not enter the game

Hi, 
One Player from our guild can t access to His Account, she tried everything from reinstall to writting to the Support but with no results. WE are top 10 German guild and top 50 Worldwide she bought the seasonpass and WE need her 5000+ Stars to keep IT that way. She is a very loyal and well known Player in the German Community. Helping everyone so  If You Coud Help her now WE woud be very thankfull.

@klabauterman is the issue a lost game or unable to get into the game?

At first thanks You for fast reply.
No when the game loads she starts in the middle of the last Mission she played and a few Seconds later the game crash.

@klabauterman it looks like she's stuck in a loop, press and hold 3 fingers on the screen while the game is loading, it should take her to the help menu, submit a in game support request explaining the situation.  If that isn't possible, please use this link to contact support

Thank you zbot for your effort. But the three Finger Trick was the first Thing WE tried. She got a Ticketnumber 41801 from the Support . Can you please Tell me is there a Chance to get her Account fixed and how long will it take. If you have any similar expirience.
