Anyone can explain how works healtz boost?

I have a "Bloodied out cast's Shirt", Level 4 and defense 35 with Health Boost 50%

Mi survivour is ANN whit 98 of health base

I put the armour and the health go up to 183

but if i will put another "Bloodied out cast's Shirt", Level 4 and defense 35 with Health Boost 25%, the health still at 183.......there is an error

@gonmorcas, it's a known issue, the health is correct just not displayed properly. Try to go back to camp and come back to your survivor, it should show the correct health.

If I have 194 helth base.
I put the "bloodied out cast's Shirt", Level 4 and defense 35 with Health Boost 50%

How it.s calculate?
194+(50% of 194)+35?
Or
194+35 +(50% of 229)

?????
