Member, Staff?

It has been a couple of days, since I last logged into this forum. I see that we now have forum posters with the moderator title which is good to see, but I'm also seeing posters with the "member, staff" title. What is the significance of the "staff" title? I would say they must work for NG, but the content of their posts seem to contradict that assumption.

Actually just noticed a bug with the 'Staff' tag - seems like lots of people have the tag that aren't Staff at all. We're getting it fixed now.
