Save Score and Play on new device?

Is there any possibility to save the score and transfer it to another device?
In my case i am getting a new mobile phone soon and hope i can continue playing the game where i stopped on my recent device?!?

It would be really nice if you guys could have this fixed by Christmas. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person who is getting a new phone and will need to transfer.
