What happens to deadly side missions after completing Episode 10?

I have been farming the deadly side missions to get food and other resources, so I can upgrade my camp/survivors. Sometimes, if I'm low on gas cans and am going to put down the game for awhile (going to work, going to sleep, etc.) I'll go back to an old episode and do a deadly side mission that costs less (i.e. one with 2 or 3 or 4 gas cans) because I don't have the time to wait around for my gas tank to fill. I have noticed that after doing this a few times, the side missions disappear from the map. This is only on episodes I have already completed. I have never seen side missions disappear from the map of the episode on which I am currently working.

I'm wondering what happens when I finish Episode 10 (I'm in the middle of Episode 10 right now). Will my opportunities to go on side missions go away, or will it remain unlimited? I don't want to finish Episode 10 if I will run out of side missions and be stuck with only guild missions.

Can anyone who has finished all 10 episode let me know if the side missions remain, even after repeated farming? Thanks!

If you notice, once the Deadly is green, and you finish it, it will disappear.

it's not a matter of finishing an episode or not. It's a matter of survivor levels (easy = green). One way you can work around this that will ALWAYS let you have the deadly is to keep a low level survivor with you GOING INTO THE MISSION. Yes, this means you're going to have to go a 2 survivor game instead of 3, but it lets you keep doing the deadlies.

Haven¨t figured out how it works exactly, but all my side missions have disappeared. I have both normal and deadly left on episode 9 and 10, completed the questline though.

Yes, the deadly missions eventually go green, but they only disappear on the episodes I have already completed. If I am working on an episode, the side missions stay.

Rick, so you've completed Episode 10, but you still have the Episode 10 side missions available? hey have disappeared when you did them?

Yes I still have side missions available in both ep 9 and 10.

You guys are over complicating it. It's actually quite simple, you can do the deadly/non-deadly farming missions on the stage your on plus the previous stage. So if your on 8 you can do the farming missions for 7 and 8.
When you complete a stage the old farming missions don't just disappear but instead you can do them one last time and they won't reason when you do.
For instance when you finish stage 7 and move into stage 8 you can still do each of the 2 farm missions on 6 one last time but after you complete each one they are gone and you can now only farm on 7 and 8.
It makes sense that even after beating 10 you can still farm 9 and 10 as currently there is no 11 to move into so the stage your on is still 10.
