How to report issue in game?

One of my guild members played in a battle and it never showed him with any points and he didnt receive anything. Where does he go to report the problem?

I know it sounds insane, but that's what I did. I have used it before... I think gone!

If you click on help, top right on next screen has contact us..... we have the same problems.... I think most of us do
