Guild leader with stars withheld?

I’ve had the same guild for over two years, and I’ve never seen this happen before. My stars are withheld!

I have a guess that it’s due to us cycling through the last two spots in our roster this week, and I have a very low score at the moment as I was waiting to use the free gas and xp to play through the weekend. Maybe someone joined, got a couple stars and left and I got mine withheld since I had the least stars at the time or something?

I don’t know if anything can be done about it, but if so I’d be stoked! At the least, an explanation would be great so I can avoid it happening again.
